No matter what damages you experience, our total liability and that of our suppliers under any part of these Terms is capped at what you actually paid through the Service. If you haven't purchased anything, the limit is a hundred dollars. We and our suppliers won't be liable for special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, privacy loss from your use or inability to use the Service, third-party software or hardware used with the Service, or anything else connected to these Terms). This applies even if we knew these damages might happen or if other remedies don't work.

Compliance & Regulations
For European Union (EU) Users: As an EU consumer, you get the legal protections required by your home country. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that (i) you're not in a country under US embargo or labeled as supporting terrorism, and (ii) you're not on any US government prohibited or restricted parties list.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms gets ruled unenforceable or invalid, that part will be changed to work as much as possible under the law, and everything else stays in effect. Not using a right or not requiring someone to perform an obligation doesn't mean you can't use that right or require performance later. Waiving a breach doesn't mean you waive future breaches.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
These Terms might have been translated if they're available in other languages on our Service. The original English version is what counts if there's a disagreement. We can modify or replace these Terms whenever we want, at our discretion. If the change is significant, we'll give you a heads up at least 30 days before the new terms kick in. Continuing to use the Service after changes go live means you accept them. These terms and conditions became effective on August 28, 2026.
